Contract Marriage [REVIEW]

Contract Marriage is a free English otome game available for iPhone and Android users, published by Arithmetic Co. It is a Japanese company that recently translate more English otome games to target on foreign market. Their artworks are beautiful and the way their games function is unique, a little different from GREE or NTT Solmare games. There is no album for CGs, but attractive images will appear along the story.

Prologue:

You're a normal working adult and is inform that your father's business turn bankrupt. There is a debt of half a million and you're determined to help him. Suddenly, a hot guy appear to ask you to marry him and he will help to settle the debt. A complicated yet exciting marriage life will be revealed!

Gameplay:

There are 11 chapters in the main story, many special scenes, and 2 types of ending. You'll be given 5 scenario tickets everyday which allows you to read the scene of each chapter. Once used up, you can either wait till the next day or use Platinums to purchase. You'll need to login consecutively, on every 7th day, you'll get 500 marriage points in which you can exchange for clothing with the Marriage Capsule. You can make friends with other players and 'dress up' to gain 20 marriage points. 

For special or event gachas, you'll need GachaTickets to spin. The clothing will help to increase your affection level. Basically, in this game, you'll need a lot of Platinums which require you to buy with real cash. You can earn it for free by completing some offers or make a post on Twitter. With platinums, you can buy many items or clothing from the shop and unlock special scenes or get the ending you want in the main story. 

Your affection level rises according to the choices you make in the story and it is unknown how many points you get until the next scene. The choice adds either 1, 3 or 5 points to your affection. It is recommended to get as much 5 points as possible to get Happy Ending. 

Normal Ending - Affection level 164 & less, normal epilogue CG shown.

Happy Ending - Affection level 165 & more, sweet epilogue CG shown.

Soji Shirogane is an attract young president of Shirogane Corporation. In order to be the next president of his family business, he need to get marry. His domineering personality is his flaw, but also charming.

Toma Saji is a top idol in the nation and he want to marry you. You slowly discover his motive behind the marriage and find out his true feelings. Don't worry, he will fall for you.

Shinobu Arima is a nightclub manager. He is actually the secret yet favorite son of an important politician. It seems he is being groomed as a successor. Definitely mysterious.

Although the game is kinda restrictive, the story is very seductive and exciting to read. Each character has his charm and you'll experience sweetness from him~ Don't shy away from this game, really worthwhile to read their stories.
